Thermoflow gloves Warranty and Exchange Policies:

What to do if you measure incorrectly or the gloves don't fit: We have a very simple exchange policy. If you have ordered your gloves and you need to exchange the size, no problem. Give us a call within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange to exchange the size at no cost to you. We will even pay the shipping cost to send you the new gloves.

What is I have two hands that are different sizes? No problem. We will gladly send you a mismatch pair. An additional 10% is added for mismatch pairs.

Can I buy a pair of the same hand: Yes, call us and we can ship you two gloves of the same hand. An additional 10% is added for mismatch pairs.

What if I needed to exchange the size or have a warranty issue? Am I going to be billed for additional shipping costs? Absolutely not. We cover any shipping cost s to send the exchanged item back to you.

All gloves are backed by a 90 days manufacturer warranty. This will include stitching, fabric integrity and seams. Please note: We do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or failure of garment maintenance.

If my product need to be sent back for a warranty exchange, why should I have to pay the shipping? We agree. Any shipping costs you have paid to warranty an item will be applied to your account as a credit towards your next order. This can be applied to any Thermoflow item.

If you have a product that is experiencing a warranty concern, please contact us immediately to have it resolved. All exchanges require the product to be sent in to us, along with proof of purchase and Return Authorization Code.

Before you mail an item back, please contact us for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) . This code must be displayed on the outside of the returned parcel. This will help us clarify the reason and process of your return. Items must be received by us within 30 days of issuing the RAC. After 30 days, a new RAC is required.

If an item is defective within the 90 day warranty period, we will exchange the product for the same item at no charge. Items that may present warranty defects after 90 days will be repaired at no cost to you.

If your item is new and returned unopened, we will refund the total amount you paid less any shipping costs when shipping the item to you. As your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount. Please note: we do not refund shipping costs.

If you have worn or used the item you purchased and were not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it for another product. The item must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date. Used or worn items sent back for refund will be applied towards a credit for another item.

Any refunds are issued back to the same original source of payment.

Most orders are shipped same day or next day during regular business hours. We ship all item expedited parcel. Approximate delivery times are 5-7 business days to the US, and 3-5 business days within Canada. Express shipping available for an additional $10.00
